Cheers to another resolutions!

Unlike years before where I think new year’s eve is just an ordinary night, I decided to make the 123123 (that’s how the social media highlighted the day) a bit more special by mediatating.

Then, my eyes stumbled on Pishi Yoga and Meditation’s post where she held ‘medber – aka meditate in unison-‘ so i thought, this is it!’ . And there I was, i ended my 23 by meditating in unison with another 500 people.

The energy was great, espescially it has been a while for me doing the meditation in unison. I did enjoy the event and I am very grateful for the decision I made.

What happened after the meditation? i feel asleep. I thought i was about to miss the change of year but at 23.56 my eyes wide awoke without the help of alarm! I was so surprised and thankful at the same time! MAGIC! – lol

Another routine that I always do for the change of years, grateful for His providence – indeed He is Jehovah Jireh and pray (manifest) good things happening for 2024. I walked out to my terrace just to enjoy the beautiful fireworks scenic decorating the sky! My heart is full and contented. I could pass the 2023 well and I am proud of myself for being better – ahahahahaha!

Not long after that, I could hear my mom opened the door just to watch the fireworks – so there we were, enjoying fireworks.

That’s it! While people have the perceptions that it is an ordinary night, I have my own perceptions that it is a time frame for me. What have I done for the whole year and what will I do for the new year? It’s another time to reflect for whatever things happening for the whole year, the process of learning, the countless blessings and the love received, with that – I am complete.

I woke up at 5 am this morning and having 6 phases guided meditation by Vishen Lakhiani (will talk about it later). Just to find reminder that this year too should be filled with Compassion, Gratitude and Forgiveness.
